Education/Credentials My work in reincarnation developed as I researched my own past lives, and discovered the best ways for conducting personal past life recall. I have been writing regards reincarnation and related matters since 1997, primarily on the internet.
I wondered if you could help me. I want to try to delv into my past life. I have a lot of issues at the moment and am very mixed up with certain issues in my life at the moment. I feel like something is missing, and i need a little bit of guidance. Or at the very least maybe some answers that can help me with my feelings.

The best way to begin is start keeping a journal. Have you had any dreams that seem to show you past life clues? What places and times attract you? What clothing seems familiar, what food, what scents - anything you feel seems to come from another place and time, and may even seem odd for you to be attracted to in your present lifetime.
One thing I have found in the years I've been corresponding with other people who recall their past lives, is that we are far more likely to recall past lives that have lingering issues that affect our present lives - so if you are having issues, the past lives that touch those issues will pop to the top of your memories.
It won't be easy, and this process of memory takes time. But if you are serious in finding out, your memories will come. Just be patient.
