First off I would like express my sincere gratitude for this site being available, and to you who volunteer your spiritual guidance.
My question is about soul recognition, past life connections, and how to go deeper into finding out what my path is with a possible soul mate.
Recently I have been experiencing visions relating to death. Not of anyone in particular, just death. Then a dream of rebirth and the all seeing,or knowing,eye. A couple of days later at Sunday Service, there was a soul recognition of someone I had not physically met here before, that has thrown me for a loop.
It was immediate, and emotionally consuming since then, and it has been all I can think about. This man and I have spoken a couple of times since Sunday, to which he has expressed a mutual attraction, so much so that he veered from his usual routine as a disciplined musician to have a long conversation with me. I find him intellectually stimulating, and living a very natural lifestyle, which is also my personal goal.
A dear friend did a Tarot reading for me (intuitive) which highlighted that we have been lovers in past life together, and that it was a very strong soul mates like connection.
The complication of this is that I am a married lady. There have been some indications recently that would hint that things are not going so well, from my perspective, but other than that things have been good between us (hubby and I) and have not been in the mind set of looking for comfort elsewhere.
The feelings for this other being have been overwhelming, am feeling a little confused and need a little guidance or assistance in uncovering the root of our connection so I don't react inappropriately.

Answer Hello, Lyn! Sorry about the delay; I don't always see the notifications of new questions in the high volume of mail I've been receiving...
It is a confusing feeling that I have been through several times. Recognizing a past life relationship like this is a feeling you can trust. However - you have to go even more slowly and cautiously with this type of recognition than any other type of meeting.
Recognition of a deep past life bond does NOT mean you are destined to repeat that bond in this life. In fact, assuming that the bond may be the same might jeopardize what is meant to happen in this life between the two of you.
Always, always see that this bond is a recognition between soul FRIENDS, not soul MATES. Go forward patiently, respectful of each other's current life and life relationships. Don't push anything, but don't be afraid of it either. Just let the open channel between the two of you be a sign that you know how to communicate with each other.
I am surrounded by my past life bonds. Yes, there are much more than one. I have no current romantic relationships with any of them. The one that is the strongest, who has been a lover in my past life history, is a friend who just comes my way now and again when we need each other, not at all romantic; it could not even be called a close friendship. He has a lot of wandering to do, and I have a lot of work that must be done. The bond is there - we both respect that. But that is all that is meant to be in this life time, that recognition, and our occasional support and coming together in each other's lives.
