Question Hi Sandra.I was wondering if a women has an abortion, and becomes pregnant again a year later in the exact same month she conceived with the fetus she aborted- what the chances were of that aborted soul being the same soul the next time. Thank you.
Answer Hi, Whitney. Tough question. There are so many emotions attached to the subject of abortion, and I want to make it quite clear that I am going to base my answer on personal observation AND the research done by author Carol Bowman in the book "Return From Heaven," which my observation has agreed with.
First of all: is it possible? Yes. Not highly probable, but it is possible if the soul who came the first time intends for this woman to be the mother. It is far more likely, in spite of the timing, that this would be another soul coming in.
I have never had an abortion, but the one time I was pregnant I had an announcing dream that the pregnancy would barely last long enough to register with me, and that is what happened. I was told that someone who cared for me wanted me to know what it was like to have life inside of me, even though I had always known it was not my place to have and rear children. The soul was inside of me for all that brief time, like a visitor, and I felt it.
However: my late longtime companion waited until a month before his rebirth to send me an announcing dream. He showed me his soul going into the baby at that moment, a month before the birth. He showed me that until the soul enters, physical life and soul life are separate things.
Carol Bowman observed the same thing from the memories of children recalling past lives. Sometimes they can tell what happened when they decided to come back. One of her stories in "Return From Heaven" was about a child who was miscarried by one woman, and a few years later her relative's child claimed to have been that child, just deciding that it would be best to wait and be in another part of the family, possibly because health issues made it too difficult the first time.
Abortion and miscarriage stops the specific physical life that might have been. It does NOT prevent a soul from living, any more than later physical deaths, after a period of living, stop our souls from living again.
I will not go into the pros and cons of abortion as an act. All I will tell you is, it does not destroy the most essential thing that makes each of us unique. The soul survives and comes back again.
