Repairing Copiers & Faxes - Canon PC720

Expert: Phil Sutherland - 4/1/2007

Question
The Canon PC720 that I have had for 8+ years won't power on. I've checked the basic troubleshooting - checked to make sure it is plugged in and closed properly. Any ideas? Thanks.

Answer
Have you checked the fuse in the plug ?
follow the mains lead to the copier....there is sometimes an inline fuse near to where the mains cable goes into the machine (you may need to open the machine to see it).
apart from these points , if you are not getting any lights at all then it is probably a power supply problem.
