Question We recently moved our copier and now there is a horizontal line running through the middle of copies. I have cleaned everything as shown in the manual. The line has a faint light gray shadow and stops every four inches. (there are three 1/4 inch stops in the line. The line is paralell with the paper path.

Answer sounds like you have a fuser roller problem..
see if you can see any marks on your fuser rollers..if there are they may be able tobe cleaned off but you might also need to replace the roller.
if you cant get to them you will need to call an engineer
