thank you for your question.
Pinky mice are a bit big for fire belly toads. They would probably try to eat them when you wave the mouse around in front of them, frogs and toads will go for anything that moves, but the toad may suffocate trying to swallow the mouse.
It's better to feed them small prey, it's also more entertaining for them to hunt themselves.
