Reptiles/blanched turnip greens for beardies

Question
My beardie loves turnip greens but I can usually only get them in a large bunch...they don't last long in the fridge...can I blanch and freeze them...is that safe for him? Thank you for your time!

Answer
Hello Shirlyn,

That is a great idea but freezing will take a lot of the nutrition out of them.  Be sure to supplement with B12 & Thiamin to help replace what has been lost through the freezing process.
I know it's hard when you can't get amounts in the store.
What other greens have you tried?
Does he eat his greens & veggies pretty well?

Let me know if you have other questions.
