About Travis Oler
(Top Expert on this page)

Expertise
I work with one of the very few national small residential property management companies. I can answer questions relating to renting single family houses, plexes, and small apartment buildings. I cannot answer questions regarding whether amounts taken out of the tenant deposit for damages are reasonable because that would require an on-site inspection.

Experience
2 years

Education/Credentials
