Question
Doug,
Im a real estate sales agent. I want to start my own property management company here in FL. I read somewhere that I only need a sales associate Licenes to start the business. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Gamal

Answer
Good morning:

To the best of my knowledge, you must hold a Real Estate Broker license in Florida if you are a principal in a property management business (and in most states). You should research this with the State of Florida.
