Residential Property Management/severe pest infestation

Finally,a site that confirms what I've been saying for Months.Last August my Mr. and I's apartment got infested. We Misdiagnosed the bites until November.Owners have another apartment building that told to us by them, had Bed Bugs for Months.Believing them telling us it was from a tenant in the 3 tenant building behind us,it hadn't dawned on me that it was more than likely the Manager who tracked it into ours.In February,I had 3 swollen lymph nodes due to combing eggs and such out of my hair.Discovered I'm Deathly Allergic to bites as I'm a Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor.Their'Solution'was DDE treatments.I'm allergic to that also.We have 8 units, some with older tenants, and Management REFUSES to hire a Professional.Sept.7th,the Manager bought a 3 pack of bombs, and the next day used a store bought bug spray.Tonight(11th)I spent 5hrs finding at Least 30 in creases of our bed.He told me he'Moved the bed to spray'.Mr.says'Enough,we're moving',after 9yrs,that doesn't help the other tenants.Tonight I'm drawing up a letter informing the Owner/Manager that IF a professional hasn't sprayed withing 10 days,we will hire one and take it out of our rent.Manager will sign OUR copy in front of a witness to show he has read and understands.I keep a Very clean place, what hurts most is our pets getting bit also.ThankYou,I'm glad I found this site,Feel a bit better now!

Selling and how to determine value. 6. Basic tax questions and Legal issues ok, but most will be referred to a professional in that field.
