Question
Hello azis

My name is dan and im 18 years old. For the past 2 and a half months or so i have been ill, it all started one day that i felt really light headed, tired, and weak. I slept it off and the next day i felt okay but still not right so then the day after that my symptoms returned even worse. Extreme lightheaded feeling like i could pass out. This feeling is constant and only improves when i am lieing down. Well i went to my doctor they couldnt find anything wrong with me even after blood test everything was normal. They recomended i go to the ER. Well at the ER they ran many tests EKG, blood tests, CAT scan, urine test blood pressure and all that, everything came back normal except for a severe sinus infection. My sinuses by my cheecks and forehead were nearly completly full with only a small pin point air bubble in one sinus cavity. I was treated with an antibiotic and steroid, i felt a little better with the steroid and antibiotic but not much improvement. So here it is almost 3 months later and my symptoms are a constant lightheaded ( i have not actually passed out it just feels like i can ) some forehead pain and headaches, fatigue, i feel generally weak, i have anxiety and panic attacks, and pressure in my head. My questions are how likely is it that this is still a sinus infection ? i saw a ENT and he said that everything looked okay and he doubted that i still had sinusitis, however NO doctor was able to tell i had a sinus infection because i had no classic symptoms what so ever. What would be my next step to get treated? and could sinusitis make it feel like i could pass out ? I do have alot of post nasal drip but i am a smoker. Should i have an MRI done ? thank you so much azis.

Answer
Hi Dan,
I’m sorry about your suffering. The conclusion of your story is less of oxygen in your brain. Probably that’s caused by clogged vessel in your neck, back head / occipital, fore head , nose , or even weakness of your heart (in fact, I often find that didn’t found by equipments). I need a week to solve your problem by direct treatment. Yes that’s right! A lot of post nasal drip is not effective for you.
Please come to my site PennasiaNormalization.com and read testimony of headache, asthma, heart attack, ENT such dust allergy and others. For diabetes problem, I give free technique.
Good luck and God bless you!!
Sincerely,

Azis
