Question
It's October in S. California, and the Santa Ana winds are kicking up enormous amounts of dust and pollen in the air.  Every night at about 3AM I wake up completely congested, unable to breathe through my nose.
I have an enlarged prostate, and I understand that taking antihistamines exacerbates this problem.  Afrin nasal spray always works for me, but I am cautious not to use it too often because of the rebound effect.  Are there over-the-counter medications available which will allow me to breathe through my nose that don't bother the prostate? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Phil,
You had cold air allergy. As my 15‘Th years experience clogged nose, allergies, and sinusitis can be healed well without medications. So, you didn’t need to worry about side effect of these treatments. Also your prostate can be normalized as before without medication. Usually it needs a week for both treatments. According to my patients, it’s most effective natural healing.
About medication I never use it. I’m sorry. Meanwhile, avoid the cause, drink much warm water, much of morning sun light and don’t rub your nose time and time. You can consult doctor near you about medication.
Please come to my site PennasiaNormalization.com and read testimony of dust allergy and others. For diabetes problem, I give free technique.
Good luck and God bless you!!
Sincerely,

Azis
