Question Since i moved to OHIO USA (2006) every winter is horrible for me. My problem is difficult to explain. I have some pressure developed in my forehead, eyes and under the eyes. Because of this, i have problem in reading, listening, understanding, confusion and dullness. But i have none of the following running/Itchy nose, nose blockage, watery eyes, I thought it is sinus and took pseudoephedrine tablets which increased hypertension and confusion increseas and results in to dizziness. I went for eye exam and confirmed that my eyes have no problem. Can you please suggest me what is the cause of my problem and Cetirizine HCL is right medication for me? if i use Cetirizine HCL are there any side effects? what should i look for it i start using it? Is the problem with brain? if so why only during winter?

You may have had complication between headache and vertigo. So, you feel confuse about suffering is characteristic of vertigo. Every winter your muscle, especially in your head wrinkles than another season. It can be worst and recurrence not just in winter (I wish not). You need my treatment or other expert to normalize your head condition. Using medicine in a long time is not good.
