sir, the person(age 45 weight 100 kg_) who has tendency of frequent nosal congesion if take sildenafil 25 mg twice in week ,all the time he gets heavy cild and cough..why so>?also he is insulin resistant mild diabetic..pl advice him...whether he can take sildenafil with some antialergic like cetirizene?pl send all precaution and oblize

Answer
I checked with eposcrates and found no interaction between sildenafil and cetirizene. Nasal congestion is listed a side effect for sildenafil. I always advise checking with the pharmacist because he/she would be familiar with the person's specific case.
