Question
I graduated in 2001 to a bleak economy and took what was available. My degree was business and MIS. I have worked as a planenr, an accountant for a while, many contract jobs. I lack any 3-5 year boiler palte experience. I am somewhat interested in a career path towards analysis and development a MIS type position, but how do I go towards something I lack practical experience in? Would you recommend a practical type resume highlighting skills and abilities over the traditiaonl Chronological resume?
