Question Hi Ruth,
I'm 44 years of age, in dire need of a job and have received a great deal of advice on the structure and content of my resume. It's been on monster, hot jobs etc. and still no response with the exception of sales positions I'm just not interested in. What are they looking for that will catch their eye?
Answer Dear Scott;
Truthfully, I know many people that never have gotten a great response on those web sites. I would be happy to look at the resume...just cut and paste it and send it to me via this format.
You need to try to network more in your area or in the area which you are seeking employment. You cannot rely on monster,etc.
