Question
Hello Kathleen,

Its me again!  I just asked you a day or so ago to review my resume and tell me if you saw any formatting or content concerns.  Quick recap, I want to present my leadership and technical skills in the hopes of landing a management role.  I mentioned I was going to try and create a one-page version and have done so below.  Can you peruse it and let me know if you feel it is too sparse to spark any interest?  (pretend you are a hiring manager looking for a tech weenie to manage your support team)

Thanks again!

Answer
Hi Tim,

Sorry about the delay... had emergency dental surgery last week and have been out of commission since.

I think this new version looks good and DOES communicate much about your expertise, though I don't find it quite as compelling as the previous version. Still, you can spark further interest with a well-written cover letter.

I'll reiterate my suggestion of reversing the order you've listed your jobs, for the same reasons stated previously.

In your objective paragraph, "organizations" should be "organization's".

Otherwise, it looks fine. Good luck!

Best,
Kathi
