ANSWER: Dear Mini:
I am sorry for the delay in answering this question. The question landed up in my "spam" folder and I did not see it until now.
You have some grammar mistakes in the resume. Also, what have you been doing since January? An employer is going to wonder why you only stayed at the telemarketing job for one month and what you have been doing since that time. Keep prior jobs in past tense. Example: Identified and targeted the customer.
Grammar: Cold called customers, not cold calling of customer.
Your strengths should not be in a resume. Put them in your cover letter. Take out your objective. You don't need one because you give an objective in your cover letter and yours is too long and wordy.
Warmly, R. Butler

QUESTION: Respected R.Bulter
I received ur mail today i want to thank u for ur reply.
as u were asking that the employer would ask what have you been doing since January .i have mentioned this in my resume in the extra cirricular activity(LAST POINT) do u think that i should mention this in my scholastic group so that it would be easy for the employer
and about the career objective what do u think i should write in the career objective ?
Thanking you
Mini Nair
Answer Dear Mini:
Yes, you need to make this clearer, so that an employer can see what you were doing at that time. It is confusing if you only mention it at the bottom of the resume and they will probably miss it.
You do not need a career objective on the resume. I don't use them. They sound "canned" and are basically worthless.
You mention what you are looking for in the cover letter....that is sufficient.
