Question i am from Sydney Australia and studying postgraduate in Property Commerce. I would like to know how asset management, facilitity management and property management integrates with each other to enhance the asset value and achieve highest return for the investor. what are the main operational roles of each management?
Answer Unfortunately, entire books are written on that subject so I'm unable to answer most of your question. I'm afraid you'll need to visit your local library or check out some of the educational materials available on property management. I will say that an asset manager is normally more oversight on the financial end of the investment, whereas the property manager is more hands on and deals with the day-to-day aspects of managing the real estate.
