Question Hi Mike,
I have managed residential for over 10 years and while I worked in management at a major retailer in a mall, I have not overseen managing in a mall. I have been assigned a position in China overseeing and making recommendations to this company about american management style. I have discovered a need for even basic forms and wonder if you can direct me to a site or somewhere I can obtain budget forms, lease agreement forms, etc. for this type of project. I am already in China so my resources are limited.

Answer One possibility is the Institute of Real Estate Management, which you can find online at www.irem.org. I think you have to be a member, although there are probably some things (such as forms) you can buy. I'm unaware of any free sites that contain the documents you are looking for.
