Question I consult with restaurants and retail establishments to enhance profitability. I have had a couple of landlords hire me to save tenants having cash flow issues, and I have succeeded in re-establishing rent payments. How can I find property managers interested in this kind of service?
Answer Marketing to targeted customers in any business is tricky -- I'm not sure what to suggest as far as contacting property managers. Perhaps there's some marketing company that sells mailing lists specific to that trade. Or, you can join real estate organizations that management companies also belong to, such as BOMA, IREM, etc.
