Answer Sorry, but I answer a zillion questions on this site and can't recall what you are referring to. I recall fielding questions about the potential value of a property in LA, but I didn't arrive at a valuation (I wouldn't have enough info to arrive at an accurate figure). I simply advised the person on how to go about getting an opinion of value.
