Question
What are the symptoms of gout? During an attack can it make you feel weak? Aches in the joins of the legs?

Answer
The symptoms of gout are sudden sharp pains in joints. This most often effect the joints in the hands and feet. Most often the big toe. It can also effect any joint in the body. Other symptoms of gout are joint swelling and tenderness around a joint. This can be extremely tender even to the touch of clothing.

A gout attack should not make you feel weak. However some of the drugs used to treat gout can cause weakness.
