Question
I am 27 yr, 5'7" and weigh 120 lb (51 kg) and  healthy . I like to exercise to keep fit. I have started feeling a pain in my knees when I stress them extensively during exercise.

What could it be? Why do I get the pain? How to cure it?

Answer
Dear P.,   The possibilities are many and therefore you need to get a proper diagnosis as to what exactly it is before you know why you get the pain and what the treatment might be...  If it is some type of arthritis, there will be no cure....

I would suggest that you get an appointment with an Orthopedic Specialist.....  In the mean time here is a web site with a list of possible knee problems....
