Question
i am having RA since last 4-5 yrs. feel sensless finger tips particularly in winter and also small redish points. what diet and medicines i should take to avoid this problem.

Answer
Dear K L Khera,   There is nothing that you can do in the way of diet and medicines to stop the loss of feeling in your finger tips or the small redish spots on them....  This is ALL do to your autoimmune system and it may be that since RA is an autoimmune disease that you are also developing other autoimmune diseases too....  Your doctor should do an ANA blood test on your, should also check you for Raynaud's Syndrome and other possible autoimmune diseases....  Normally, people with ONE autoimmune disease WILL develope another one or two autoimmune diseases along with the one they were first diagnosed with....

Thank you,   karen
