Subject: joint pain

Question
Is there a specific name for the sort of joint pain that seems ot move around from night to night (days seem to be OK). I'm sure I have heard a name but cannot recall what it is. Tonight, for instance, my knee is throbbing..tomoroo it might be my shoulder> It seems to strike in the evening and it seems to be in a different place each time more or less. And quite painful..
Thank you
Bob

Answer
I'm so sorry you're in pain.  The only pain I've experienced that moved around is pain from fibromyalgia.  One night it can be my elbows and the next night the knees, etc.  If your pain is being caused by fibromyalgia, it's a particularly diffcult pain to treat, so work closely with your doctor to find something that gives you relief.
