Question
Could you please tell me whether these "warmth" patches for knee osteoarthritis are very helpful? Thank you very much. Al Brown

Answer
Dear Al,   I use them and they do give me some immediate relief especially at night when I am in bed asleep....  I even have used them on my hands by simply wrapping my entire hand up in them....  I wish they made one BODY size since my osteoarthritis is in my knees, back, shoulders, neck, elbow and wrists....

Thank you,   karen
