Question How do I know if i am getting this disease at forty years old.?

your docter will order blood work first mostly, then xrays, bone density tests, scans, MRI's, etc.
He will determine the onset of this disease and medicate accordingly.
Keep working and exercising, do not let it stop your life, do hot tub soaks daily of twenty minutes.
