Question
This guy and myself have known each other for about 2 yrs, and I have
always had a bit of a crush on him. I never knew he felt the same way
until he recently told me. I completely shut him out and freaked out
because it caught me so off guard. I really regret the way I acted and am
really confused as to what to do. I am afraid I am to late to tell him
how I feel, but the same time afraid that we may ruin a great friendship
by taking it a step further. He kissed me and I freaked out and things
have been really weird and awkward since at least on my part. I really
need some advice as to what to do?

Answer

If you want something with this guy then you need to realize that yes it could ruin your friendship, if however you think that both of you are mature enough NOT to let this ruin your friendship and you think its something you might want to pursue then why not go for it!

Get him alone, apologize and explain to him that you were caught off guard and that you would like to take it slowly so you can see where it goes. Agree that if it gets too awkward that you will both maintain your friendship and forget all about it!

Good Luck

Alina
