Flirting can range from anything, you don't even have to wear anything super special, it can be all within the eyes. Glancing for 5 seconds and then looking away while he is at you is a sure way to get his attention. Also when your talking with him try gently touching his arm to let him know that you like talking to him. Intimate touches like this let him know in a non forward way that you like him and welcome being close to him.

If you want to kiss him say something like " Your a real nice guy and all night I've thought about nothing else other then kissing you". Let him lead from there. You certainly cannot jump him men like it when you let them chase you a little.
