lexy and greg

Answer
Lexy,
There are no specific rules to climbing.  There are ways to maximize safety and techniques to learn but no rules.  Various climbing areas and countries have guidelines and acceptable climbing ethics that maybe followed by the locals and should be respected by visitors.  The only law that i know of with respect to climbing is that power drills may not be used in National Parks, other than that the sport is wide open.

Jeff
