Question
Which perenial plants would do best in a rock garden with full sun and dry conditions. Our summers are long and dry in southern British Columbia. The area is apx 15 ft by 9 ft.
Thanks, Carole

Answer
Hi, and thankyou for your question. Is there a theme or particular 'style' that you had in mind? Generally, rock features are populated with alpine plants, but these would not suit long, hot summers as they require free draining but damp soil.Have you considered Cacti? If you send another question with a style or theme, I'll do my best to get a plant list together. Thanks again for your question.
