Question
Hi I have a female mouse and i've had her for about a year. the other day she developed a habit of running in circles in her cage and out of her cage. she'll even do it in your hand. she is still eating and drinking normally and running her wheel. but when she runs her wheel she keeps changing directions every few seconds. she's been running in circles to the left. what could this problem be?

Answer
Dear Gina,

By the way you describe what your mouse is doing Id say she has an inner ear infection. When she walks is she tilted to one side? If so thats probably what it is. I suggest that you take your little mouse to the vet if possible. Good Luck! Hope that helped!
