but i usually dont hold him. i just let him run on my hands. his eyes look like they are about to come out to i just put him back in. his eyes turn back to normal after that.

hi!
whenever i carry my hamster his eyes look like they will came out.why?

His eyes pop? Somethings that can mean that you are holding him too tight or it can be a stress response. It's a normal response for them to do that to let you know he's not comfortable.

Answer
it sounds like he's really curious and a little worried about what's going on. It's really a normal response and I wouldn't worry too much. My hamster did it for a while. To help with stress you can put food in your hand. Food is always a good distraction.
