Question my sisters degu is forming some sort of liquid around the neck area and we don't know what is or how to cure it. it makes all the fur around the neck damp and we have wased it off and dried it several times and it just keeps coming back.

It sounds like your degu is drooling. Generally a degu will drool when they are having teeth problems. I really suggest that you take your degu to a vet to get his mouth checked out to make sure it's okay. Keep me updated on how your degu is feeling.
