i read this book years ago it was my girl friends and she gave it to a new used book store. i enjoyed the book so much, i would love to get it so my daughters could read it.

Fire and Ice is not a title by Johanna Lindsey. It is possible you either mixed up the title (Lindsey has a few stories with the word "fire" in it) or you may be thinking of Fire and Ice by Julie Garwood. (See book at link below....sorry it's so long!)
