Hello Adriano.
Im looking for further information to find the romanian birth certify from my grandfather. He was born the 30 of May in 1908, in Gura Humurului, Bucovina - the north-eastern province in Romania. Im wondering about if is possible to find it, please sent me instructions. Thanks. Karen Kolb.
Dear Mrs Karen ,
it is possible to get the birth certificate but you need to give a power of attorney to a romanian citizen to be able to represent you at the archive office of the major of Gura Humorului . There is a possibility that this certificate will not be in the major of Gura Humorului beacause sometimes old certificates could be find in the national archive of the main city of the region ( Suceava ) or at the national archive in Bucharest . It is necessary to make some researches .
