i'm trying to recall a movie.
the father had two kids, a boy and a girl, he is also millionaire. he was to get married, but  but he ended up falling for his children nanny.
the movie also have part 2.

It sounds to me like you are looking for the movie "Au Pair" (1999), which stars Gregory Harrison as Oliver, the engaged father of two children, Katie and Alex. He hires Jennifer to be the children's nanny even though she is really looking to be an employee of his large company. He ends up falling for her instead of his wicked fiancee, who doesn't love his children.

There was indeed an "Au Pair II" (2001) which picked up the story as Oliver and Jenny are now engaged and trying to save his company during a European merger.

And starting this weekend, March 15th, 2009 is the third movie "Au Pair 3: Adventure in Paradise" which  sees Katie and Alex now as college age and falling in love themselves.

While DVD's of the first two films were available, they have now been discontinued. You may be able to find used copies. But if you have access to cable or satellite television, all three movies are scheduled to run on the ABC Family Channel on March 15th and again on March 2st.
