Roofing/water dripping from roof

Question
I have a new asphalt shingle roof. It's been a week since we had heavy rain but I notice water is still coming out of gutter down spouts and dripping off parts of the roof without gutters. This never happened with previous roof. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Answer
The gutters have a purpose and if it is not working then I'd say you should be concerned about it. If the spouts are overflowing water then they are clogged. If water drips off the roof where there isn't any gutters wouldn't you expect that? If there is no gutter where's the water going to go except drip off the roof. If the roof didn't have gutters in places then the water had to go somewhere before but you never noticed it before. I must be missing something here. You're asking me why water comes off the roof where there is no gutter.
