Roofing/Both room vent for roof

Question
I need 2 bathroom vents installed in my roof and get the ducting hooked up to the bathroom fans. Would I call a roofing company for this or a general contractor ?

Answer
Hi Shawn,

A roofer would would be the best choice here for the roof top vents, but hooking up the duct work is not generally within their scope of work. I would shop for a roofer who is willing to extend their limits, or perhaps get say a handyman for the duct-work after the vents are in.

good luck!
