Roofing/Flat roof repair.

I have a rubber membrane on my flat roof.To maintain it I am looking for something to put on it.Roof is 4'X18'.Know of something? Is not leaking now. Thanks!

The rubber (EPDM) does not require a coating to increase its service life.  At some point in its life (midway perhaps), whatever seam work is present may need to be reworked once it starts to show signs of failure.  That particular roof membrane should be expected to perform for 30 years and I have seen them go longer.
