Question
Hello Felicia
Thank you for answering my question.
Our 9 week old Rotti piddles and does his business all over the house.
We purchased him at 6 weeks old and the breeder said he was paper trained.
My hubby says he's too young to know what he's doing. Is hubby right?..LOL..he says he always is.
Regards
Eileen

Answer
If he has never been trained to not go in the house than he going to go.

The way I train my rotts not to go in the house is to crate train them. Put them in the cage overnight then first thing in the morning take him outside immediately.

But your husband is not completely right.  If you do not want to crate train him, then the best thing is take him outside 10 minutes after he either eats or drinks. hopefully you have the time to train him without the crate.

Hope this helps
Felicia
