My daughter is in love with rowing and wants to know a good time for a 2000 m erg?
Hi Mark: For the Concept II Erg, I have posted a link to the results for the Women's Open Division of an event known as the CRASH-B S[prints, considered to be the world indoor rowing championships. The best men in the world typically row 2000 @ 5:50 or better (that's superhuman)
Generally, if your daughter can sustain an average 500M time of 1:45 and 1:50 on the meter, she will be rowing great times.
