The letter should be addressed to :
Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy
Buckingham Palace

SW1A 1AA
You could shorten it to "HRH" and "The Hon."
It should begin Madam, not Dear Madam and end Yours sincerely.
