Without know your formulation is very difficult to do na opinion, but I guess that your problem is related to bloomimg of accelerator.
Try to change part of the Thiuram or Ditiocarbamate, by MBTS and MBT and reduce the sulphur below 1 phr.

Dear Mr. Ahmet,

Please, try to used this cure system, it do not migrate on press curing and vapor.
I think that it could solve your problem.
