Question
Hey there it's me again. I 'm having trouble ruckin. Keep getting of my feet. Can you please give me tips

Answer
Hi, Matt

The ruck

The first forwards at the breakdown should bind arms, the attempt to drive the opponents of the ball, so that you can win the ball.

Then any other players who arrive at the ruck should be bound with at least one arm round a team mate, the bind must be done properly.

The key element is when competing at the ruck are to bind correctly and drive over the ball, with short steps, going from a low body position to a high one.
The chin must be off the chest with your head up and eyes open, with your head and shoulders above the hips, also when bridging make sure you have a strong base, and make sure your weight is being transferred on  to the tackled player by holding on to him.

Thanks
