Question I am currently doing my level 2 coaching badge in the UK.
My question is how to coach my no.4 jumper to outmaneuver his opponent in a full lineout & win/catch the ball before improving my forwards ability to set up a driving maul.
Answer Hi Adam,
The most important thing is the communication between the hooker and the forwards.
Also what else is important is the times of the throw and the jump in the lineout because if they go wrong then there is more chance of losing possession of the ball.
