Question
I'm a former player who is getting back into the sport in
at the end of the summer and want to know what muscles I
should be working on. My fitness won't be a problem as I
will be playing sport until then. I am 20 and used aim to
be playing as winger or fullback like I used to. I am 5'11
and 12 stone.

Answer
Hi, sorry about the delay i have been ill,

Basically as fullback/winger you need to work on upperbody strength incase you need to bring a big lad down also so that you can burst the line of defense.

Thanks

If you want more please comeback to me

Thanks again
