Question Hello. My brother and I are thinking about opening a Pizza Parlor. We are curious as to how much our gross might be. I have searched the internet for answers / examples and the only thing that I found was a Pizza Hut in Mikwaukee that grossed 5 million.
We are looking to set up a 700 or 800 square foot Pizza Parlor with beer and wine license that will serve in a popular area by the beach in California with lots of foot traffic and bars in the area. We will deliver. We will serve Pizza by the slice until 3 AM.
I would like to know what your opinion is. Educated guess is acceptable.
Answer Dear Gregg,
There is no one on this planet that can tell you what your restaurant will gross. Sorry
There are thousands of variables that will affect sales..........also I can't believe that any pizza hut can do five million a year..the average is under $700,000
Typical mom and pop pizza places average $4000 to $6000 a week
