About Dan Lamb
Expertise
I have a general knowledge of the band Rush, but I would say my expertise would be in their drummer Neil Peart such as setups over the years equipment etc...

Question
Thanks Dan. What about the snare drum? Waht kind of drum heads there (top and bottom)?

Looking forward to hear from you ASAP.
thanks again,

Later,

Rod.

Answer
Hi Rod,
Sorry again for the late response... Ok he didn't have snare specs on "Moving Pictures" album.  The book keeps saying "the same as the last tour/album" and that would be "A Farewell to Kings": on the snare he used Remo Weatherking Clear CS Dots (sometimes coated)

Now he updates it on the Signals album saying he used the same so I'm guessing he used it on "Kings" all the way through to "Signals"

A book you need to have (which is where I'm getting my info from) is "Mereley Players: Rush Tribute" by Robert Telleria  (published by Quarry Music Books) has got tons of info of equip., tour dates, notes, setlists, and bios, all the way from the first album to Test for Echo....It's an awesome book!

Let me know if I can help again...
Also sorry once again for the late/slack response...

-Dan Lamb
